GENERAL MEET INFORMATION

SPECTATORS

  • Please park in DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES ONLY. There is overflow parking along the side and back of the YMCA if needed.
  • The YMCA will open at 6:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Please do not arrive earlier. The back doors will open during the meet on Saturday and Sunday.
  • NO SPECTATORS allowed in the pool area during WARM-UPS. Swimmers should enter the pool area THROUGH the appropriate locker room.
  • Spectators will be allowed in the pool to watch their swimmer swim, but will not be allowed to "camp out" in the pool area. If we cannot make this work - spectators will not be allowed. Spectators should enter the pool area through the vestibule on the EAST side of the pool. (follow long hallway to the LEFT of the front desk) Spectators ARE ALLOWED to remain in the bleachers for the duration of the 8 & Under Session.
  • The East Half of the GYM on Friday and Full GYM on Saturday and Sunday is designated as a warming area for swimmers and spectators in between heats. Please be respectful and dispose of trash in the provided trash cans. If you encounter an area that needs housekeeping please alert the Y Front Desk. Thank you!
